In-person and online group training
Our online and in-person Farias Technique seminars are designed for people who want to deepen their understanding of the training and learn directly from Dr. Farias. Different seminars are offered for people affected by cervical dystonia, blepharospasm, leg dystonia, hand dystonia, spasmodic dysphonia, and musician’s dystonia, with each seminar focusing on the exercises and routines included in the Farias Technique for the relevant areas of the body.
During each seminar, Dr. Farias explains key principles of the approach, guides participants through exercises and routines, and offers practical instruction to help refine how the training is understood and applied. The seminars combine teaching, guided practice, and opportunities to explore the Farias Technique in greater depth, complementing ongoing independent training and helping participants improve the quality, precision, and understanding of their practice.
