Individual Guidance Classes
Our online individual guidance classes are designed for people following the Farias Technique training for dystonia. During each class, a trained Farias Technique instructor observes how you are working with your exercises and routines, provides feedback, helps correct elements of your training protocol, and supports you in applying the routines available on the Dystonia Recovery Program platform.
The classes are practical, personalized, and focused on helping you train with greater clarity, precision, and consistency. They are intended to accompany your ongoing independent practice and help you better understand how to work with the program according to your individual needs.

Cancellations & Refunds
If you need to cancel or reschedule your class, please provide at least 24 hours' notice.
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled class may be rescheduled or refunded.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, as well as missed appointments, are non-refundable.
If a class must be cancelled by the instructor, you will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
Refunds, when applicable, will be returned using the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
